Career Transitions, LLC is working with a client who has been in business for 70
years who is seeking a HR Manager. The client is one of the world's largest contract manufacturers of consumer packaged goods, manufacturing and packaging products for many leading Fortune 500 companies. This client is located between Sheboygan & Milwaukee, WI. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for coordinating, directing, and managing all employee relations and human resources programs for all 6 facilities and employees in a manufacturing environment for both Wisconsin and Ohio locations. Requires advanced knowledge of organizational development, business strategy process, Human Resource practices, labor laws and legal procedures and employee communications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline. Master's degree preferred

years of experience in a Management role
Advanced knowledge of HR legal compliance
Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings to present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner
Excellent customer relationship, management experience and a strong ability to solve complex problems effectively to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Internet, ADP experience a plus

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
