Communication of production issues, schedule and priorities within and between shifts.

Ensure employee compliance with schedules, policy, and procedures.
Operating condition of machinery and equipment.
Employee retention.
Ontime completion/schedule.
Safety, Quality, Productivity, Compliance, Downtime, Waste/scrap.
Background Profile
Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 3
years Production Management Experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
MUST have corrugated experience
Basic computer skills; ability to work with excel spreadsheets & ability to learn Computer programs such as KIWIEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
