The DB2 Systems Programmer will be responsible for the following:
Install, troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain:
DB2 system.
Demonstrate competency with DB2 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
24x7 availability for troubleshooting and problem resolution
The DB2 Systems Programmer must have the following skills:
In-depth knowledge of DB2 (7-10 years as a DB2 Systems Programmer)
In-depth knowledge of z/OS tools and facilities
In depth knowledge / familiarity with supporting products, e.g. BMC MainView etc.
Secondary Skills:
z/OS Systems Programming Experience
In-depth knowledge of SMP/E
The DB2 Systems Programmer must meet the following
Qualifications:
Ability to obtain/ maintain a public trust security clearance.
Bachelor's degree or 7-10 years' experience as a DB2 Systems Programmer
