Quality Control Manager - Plastic Molding

Seeking Quality Management knowledge and plastic molding experience in automotive parts manufacturing facilities.
Activities:
Design Quality systems and develop procedures and instructions to train employees on compliance to standards.
Assess current plant facility procedures, identify areas of non-compliance and poor process control.
Create new, or update current SOPs to account for insufficient process standardization related to quality of products.
Support compliance activities through designing and implementing internal audits and training activities.
Qualifications:
Proven success in Six Sigma application, Green Belt or Black Belt certified individuals a plus.
In-depth knowledge of automotive industry standards for quality manufacturing.
Strong familiarity of plastic injection molding processes.
