Position Description:
Medical administrative assistants trained on CRM software are the specialized administrative personnel who keep the office running smoothly. Your specific job duties would vary from location to location, but may include:
Areas of Responsibility:
Creating and updating patients health records
Maintaining patient file system and ensuring proper HIPAA Guidelines are followed
Answering calls and booking a minimum of 20 patients per day
Opening office and running through opening checklist
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Ensuring new patient forms are completed
Ensuring patient appointment confirmations
Preparing correspondence between medical providers and their patients
Providing quality customer service to patients
Working in a professional environment
Keeping the medical supplies and inventory paperwork up to date.
Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering when necessary
Miscellaneous errands/tasks as needed to run office.
Job Requirements:
Broad knowledge and experience in customer service.
Phones sales very helpful but not required.
Detail-oriented.
Must be energetic and enthusiastic
Knowledge of medical front office extremely helpful but not required.
Must be proficient in oral communication.
Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
Education and Experience
Must have high school diploma

Work Environment/Dress Code
You will be required to wear medical scrubs as an employee of the company. Two pairs of scrubs will be provided. Long sleeve T-shirts in white, black, navy or grey are allowed under scrubs. No sweatshirts or jackets allowed. You may purchase a scrub jacket if desired. No visible tattoos or odd piercings allowed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
