Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Staten Island, New York office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 10
years of Electrical Construction Management experience
Successful management of large commercial projects $20million+
Must be able to professionally manage teams of project managers and superintendents
Advanced knowledge of the construction industry, operations and emerging trends required
Must have successful experience at P&L
Business development skills required
Must be proficient on Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management
Strong leadership, goal setting, coaching and mentoring skills a must
Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment
Must be able to adapt to company procedures and processes and ensure your team is following these processes
Strong employment stability
EDUCATION:
College degree is preferred, but not mandatory

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
