Server / Waiter / Waitress
The Steak n Shake server follows the 7 steps of service to provide every guest within their assigned section great service while using teamwork and following the priority system to deliver food within time expectations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to retain menu item information, meet basic math and reading requirements, have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, uphold professional working relationships with other Associates and maintain composure while under stress.
Minimum Age: 16
We offer 24 hour flexibility in scheduling, and great pay (up to $12 per hour for top performer or more for servers, including tips $20 +)--an excellent opportunity for a great job.
