Physical Therapist Assistant/ Home Health (FT & Per Diem)
DE Physical Therapist Assistant License, and two years Physical Therapy Assistant experience preferred. Ability to perform CPR. Must have a valid driving license with less than 3 moving violations. Ability to assist in patient lifts, transfers, and guarded functional activity training. Implements treatment programs according to the plan of care, administers modalities, trains patients in T.E., transfers, and gait.
