Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Carry out specific work plans assigned by the management
o Plan initial project equipment, materials and staff requirements with project team
o Communicate ongoing project equipment, materials and staff requirements with management
o Plan project and coordinate with Superintendent to prevent nonproductive time
o Monitor all work as it is being performed to ensure that it conforms with the requirements of the plans and specifications, as well as established standards of the company
o Daily communication of job plan and expectations to the crew
o Ensure that work progresses according to schedule; provide information concerning job progress, problems, etc., to management as needed
o Keep project manager and operations manager up to date on job status, planned completion
o Daily call to project manager for material and equipment needed
o Review quantities and quality of any vendor delivers direct to the jobsite
o Ensure that all materials are accounted for prior to signing shipping papers.
o Return all unused material to the warehouse at end of job and communicate what is returned to the warehouse manager
o Communicate any transfer of equipment or tools to another foreman
o Enforce safety and health standards at each project in accordance with OSHA Standards
o Daily continuous monitoring of and review of safety procedures
o Ensure proper care, use and maintenance of all equipment Candidates will be working on roofs- should be experienced working at different heights/ climbing ladders
Able to lift 50
lbs. regularly, repeated bending also required
Able to work in changing weather conditions.

years Commercial Roofing and management experience required for Foremen.
Employee will be working in a team environment.
Bilingual (English/ Spanish) a PLUS!!
