Accounting & Operations Manager
Our client, a profitable premium accessories company, is seeking a talented Accounting Manager to join their team in Newport Beach! This position reports directly to the CFO and will be an integral part of new business process that will grow and expand the organization to new markets!
Responsibilities:
Maximize cash flows by ensuring timely collection for customer AR balances and ensure new customer credit worthiness
Manage Accounts Payable
General accounting- month end and quarter end close process
Participate in product meetings and analyze sales trends, forecasts and historical patterns to determine quantities for purchase/reorder
Analyze customer payment history, AR balances and revenue projections to develop monthly forecasts for cash planning
Requirements:
3
years of progressive accounting and operations experience with a focus in cred/collections management
Forecasting and data analysis experience for cash flow planning
Experience with QuickBooks
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
Logistics planning experience is a plus
