We are in need of an EXPERIENCED property inspector to take on the additional work. Again, if you are EXPERIENCED, please send us your resume. We are needing coverage in Ford and surrounding counties.

Our company is hiring contractors to verify residential property occupancy and condition. Applicants must be highly-organized, self-motivated individuals with reliable personal transportation who can visit and take photos of properties and input results (using Android or iPhone). Each inspector is assigned a predetermined set of zip codes to manage with jobs assigned electronically.
Your inspection results provide banks and mortgage service companies information as to the condition of their homes. Damage from weather or vandalism can decrease the value of property quickly if it is left unprotected.
This position is ideal for someone looking to increase volume and current coverage area. If your coverage area is large enough, this opportunity can be your main source of income. Inspectors are needed all across the area for immediate opportunities.

Requirements:
Availability during daylight hours and some weekends.
Possession of iPhone or Android phone with camera functionality is required; ideally with 4G.
Reliable high MPG vehicle (25
MPG) with clean driving record
Reliable desktop or laptop with high speed internet access with Microsoft Streets and Trips software, to help you optimize your driving route
A GPS unit (e.g. Garmin) or GPS via smart phone is required.
. Must agree to and submit to a background check.
Inspectors can typically complete between 10-30 inspections/day (stops), which, depending on coverage area (metro vs rural), should take approximately 4 to 6 hours to complete, including data input. Our goal is to only assign you jobs in zip codes that are close to you so you can get to any job quickly, but there are rural/remote areas that need coverage also. You will be expected to cover some of the rural/remote areas if you receive volume in your location.
We pay by direct deposit (ACH) twice a month for each quality inspection completed (depending on area). Our inspectors currently average between $12-$25 per hour, depending on coverage area and volume.
Multiple products to service including property inspections, occupancy inspections, loss drafts, loss mitigation, and letter/flyer delivery.
Please provide your location and contact info when responding. Driving is required and some locations are remote. All inspections must be completed and submitted by due dates set by the clientNO EXCEPTIONS. Pay can be negotiated based on volume of work and performance, but generally is paid per assignment. You are classified as an independent contractor/business owner.
