ProKarma is currently hiring for Project Manager that would like to join our team! The nature of the work is focused on defining tools and processes to support overall organizational excellence in program/project management and process definition
Qualifications
o Understand the language of print, retail and digital.
o To be successful in this role, one must have the ability to create strong partnerships with creatives and various stakeholders within the organization.
o Must have some 'account management' skills to remain positive and solution oriented throughout the creative process and feedback cycles.
o Minimum 4 years of project management experience in an agency or brand environment.
o Experience with production processes, both photography and audio visual
Other Details
o Manage Design deliverables
o Fosters a strong partnership with Marketing Operations and the Design Studio Manager to frequently calibrate deliverables with scope
o Tracks Creative Review deliverables, assisting the Design team as needed
o Obsesses the asset grid and manages to the timely deliverables of all assets
o Partners with Brand Media Productions team to coordinate execution (includes shoots, styleouts, art buying, vendor management and post production)
o Responsible for tracking and managing the project budgets
o Coordinates and manage outside vendors and agencies
o Processes invoices and requests POs
o Partners with Marketing Ops to publish all final assets
o Creates and seamlessly updates the day-to-day project schedule to ensure timely and budget conscious delivery.
o Iterates and reassesses throughout the Design process to keep Designers moving forward and deliverables on track
o Defines and leads project meeting cadence
o Responsible for keeping Project Pulse updated and accurate
o Communication hub
o Act as the project communications hub, and facilitate connection to identify solutions and gain alignment
o Provides meeting recaps and project notes
o Raises risks and opportunities to the DD/DSMEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
