Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Asisstant - Looking for a person to join the clinic, mon - fri 8-5 but could do 4 10's, will be doing Clinic, nursing home and FNP work. Also will consider new grads.
Great benefits and qualify for PERFS (public employees retirement system) which is a state of California benefit where the hospital puts an additional 28% of the employees base salary goes into this retirement account, 5 years vesting but really lucrative. Will also be eligible for loan repayment through the state of NV but it's not a large amount. hospital pays malpractice, licencing fees etc. 11 paid holidays, 5 paid CME a year and 3k reimbursement for it, 15 PTO and 15 sick days per year.
Additional $15/ hour for on call work and time 1/2 when they get called in.
For weekends and holidays they get paid hourly rate for the full day. Also get patient bonus for any patients that they admit.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
