Staff Accountant:
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for recording accounting transactions, full cycle AP and AR, reconciling accounts, General Ledger, and invoices.
Insure that all the internal controls and procedures of the department are followed by employees, (all level) customers, and vendors.
The staff accountant or bookkeeper will work with the operational personnel in the areas of RTVs and Inventory controls.
Team with the customer support area insuring proper records for collections and orders approvals.
Staff Accountant will work closely with the company sales reps: travel expense reports and calculations of commissions.
Direct involvement in the areas of external audit, sales taxes, and internal reporting to the parent company in Spain.
Staff Accountant Background Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
2-3 years' experience in accounting or as astaff accountant
Experience in account reconciliation, accounting transactions, PL (profit and loss), accounts payable and accounts receivable
Expertise in Excel spreadsheets
Knowledge of financial analysis, balance sheets, invoices, recording data, etc.
