Full-Time Staffing Recruiter needed for employment agency.
IMMEDIATE OPENING!!
Must be FLUENT in Spanish and English.
Must have Interviewing experience.
Must pass a Criminal Background check.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The job does require errands to run.
Seeking the right individual to join our team!
Busy and growing employment agency looking for a people oriented individual to meet with applicants, employees and client supervisors and managers.
Professional attire required at all times. Computer and phone skills necessary.
DUTIES:
Interviewing and hiring applicants.
Coordination of employees' assignments.
Answering and making phone calls.
Driving to client companies in Greater Hartford area.
Managing employee files, ect.
Assisting the President of the company.
Pay Rate: Contingent upon experience
Shift hours: Monday - Friday : 8:30AM-5PM . A 40-hour work week.
Must be flexible to work earlier or later when necessary.
