Must have experience creating and conducting training. Strongly prefer training experience with Lync 2013 and Box. Must be able to provide both Formal and Ad Hoc training. Strong business and product knowledge in designated area and training experience required; 4- Year college degree or associates degree and /or equivalent work experience; Strong organizational skills - ability to multi task effectively in a fast paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent interpersonal and negotiation/influencing skills; PC Literacy: Excel and Power Point; Project Management background helpful.
Responsibilities:
Supporting roll out of new production tools. Conduct needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of business curriculum for clients. Consult with business areas to determine training needs, complete task analysis and implement training interventions; Consult with Senior management, Legal and Compliance Departments to develop interventions in response to risk assessment, audit initiatives and other global issues; Consult with Quality Assurance staff to maximize use of quality analysis results to create training interventions; Perform trend and root cause analysis to support closing skill and service gaps; Participate in and lead project work as assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
