Team Leader/Supervisor Position
The Team Leader position is a 4:
00 PM to 12:
00 Midnight shift, which consists of modeling positive behavior for the students and upholding all norms and expectations of the program, along with confronting any negative behavior. Team Leaders run groups pertaining to treatment plans, independent living skills, sporting activities,,pro-social skills, etc
The Team Leader meets with their supervisor formally once a week. This position is responsible for maintaining the daily log, writing incident reports, and helping students with their treatment plans and schoolwork.
The Team Leader/Supervisor position could also be responsible for some day activities (as needed) such as transporting students to appointments and court hearings and monitoring the students in the classroom. This position also requires communication with Case Managers and the Director of Group Living concerning student issues. The Team Leader/Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of other Child Care Workers on his shift.
