Busy Homecare company seeking office administrator/scheduler.
Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and phone skills, be able to multitask and be well organized.
As part of the team, candidate is responsible for matching caregivers to clients, participating in the interviewing and orientation of caregivers and offering support and guidance to families seeking assistance.
Position is full time plus an on-call schedule of weeknights, weekends and holidays.
Salary plus 401k after one year.
No health insurance available.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
