This position is responsible for developing and implementing PHMA training program in order to enable the provision of quality care, reduce risk exposure, and comply with all federal, state, local licensing and contracting requirements. This position requires flexible hours including some evening and weekend hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Develop implement and maintain a formal staff training program
Delivers instruction using multiple modalities including but not limited to : one-on-one, classroom, teleconferencing, web-based, and computer based training
Work with all departments clinical, medical, facilities, HR, finance and development to identify training needs and minimize identified risks
Maintain relationships with outside agencies such as American Red Cross, Crisis Consulting Group, etc. as appropriate to ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements
Provide high quality evidence base training to programs as appropriate
Provide training to ensure new employees are oriented to the agency and program policies and procedures
Provide training and support to staff on clinical documentation, including how to make appropriate documentation in the EHR
Acts as a positive role model in promoting clinical excellence and offer expert professional development advice ensuring that high level of clinical excellence and competence are maintained
Maintains current service line specific knowledge as well as agency and industry trends
Make appropriate recommendations for new and/or up-dating training program(s) Maintain ethical standards and continued professional growth, including:
o Abide by Program and PHMA policy and procedures. Oversees staff understanding and compliance.
o Ensure all CARF standards are instituted and maintained
o Promote, in public and private contacts, the quality standards and ethical practices of PHMA staff
o Continue professional growth by attending workshops, trainings and staff in-service trainings to increase skill and knowledge and to set appropriate example for staff
o Maintain current licensure/certification including CES, CPR, First Aid, and Medication Management
o Maintain professional boundaries with staff and clients
o Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Degree relevant field (BA, MA, MIS etc.) or equivalent experience
Good leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work
Excellent customer service, communication and presentation skills
Problem solving capabilities and sound judgment
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft office suite
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to write and speak effectively, ability to organize and work on several projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and ability to carry out projects from inception to completion
Knowledge of statistics and computers required, including excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Word, as well as familiarity with audiovisual equipment
Ability technically set up training sessions in remote sites using various IT and audio/visual equipment.
Strong familiarity with Internet/web and electronic mail
Ability to present on topics related to substance abuse treatment desired
Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
Must have problem solving skills and a high degree of self motivation
Must be organized and able to prioritize duties and tasks Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
