Outside Sales Representative wanted for our expanding service companies in the Organic Poison Ivy, Bamboo, Weed Removal industry. Will train (certified organic horticulturist teaches). All organic removal, so no chemicals used. Territory is Long Island mainly, some tri-state possible.
REQUIREMENTS:
Absolutely NOT allergic to Poison Ivy, required
Must have recent prior outside sales experience within territory (7
years)
Must live within territory
Prior Landscaping and/or Gardening Outside Sales experience preferred
Able to work unsupervised
YOU ARE / HAVE:
Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic, Professionalism, Proactive, Anticipatory, Creative Problem Solver
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant, positive, fun personality (as is our team)
Interested in Organic Gardening, Landscaping, Green healthy lifestyle a plus
Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
SKILLS:
Successful Outside Sales track record
Generate new leads
Follow-up on provided leads
Strong at Closing Sales
Ability to accurately identify various plants including, but not limited to poison ivy & oak, estimate the work involved, and offer price quotes (after being trained)
Monday - Friday, some weekends & evenings during peak season
