Our client is currently seeking a self-directed individual to support our VP of HR and VP of Marketing based in the Westford office. In addition, this role will support the marketing team, and provide backup support to the Management Team at our client's CA office location.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Provide complex, diverse, and confidential administrative duties to support senior level executives.
Make administrative decisions, handle correspondence, schedule calendar appointments
Coordinate meetings, events and training including conference calls and web presentations
Prepare confidential business correspondence and support M&A deal closure transactions
Handle business, company, and personnel details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature, and engage with high level contacts inside and outside the company
Collect and prepare information for use in executive-level meetings and discussions
Arrange department and group meetings ensuring all necessary information is available for discussion; help track department-level projects, activities and results
Make travel arrangements for both domestic and international travel
Track team activities and expenses. Prepare expense reports and assist in tracking time off through use of Oracle ERP
Exercise discretion and judgment regarding highly confidential internal and external communications and within generally defined practice

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
Five plus years in an Executive Assistant role, ideally in High Technology environment
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
Expert level skills in all Microsoft office suite products, including Power Point and Excel
Experience in Oracle or similar databases preferred
Ability to work independently and set operational priorities
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to interact with various level of business functions and professionals in and outside of the company
Experience supporting multiple departments
Strong organizational skills and comprehensive follow-through
Flexibility to make decisions dynamically to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
Ability to act quickly and efficiently to accomplish a wide variety of tasks
Ability to interact with all employees within the organization, including senior management, and to respond effectively to the needs of the business is required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
