Accounts Payable Specialist - 48Lake Worth, FLFull Time EmploymentThe Accounts Payable Specialist will assist the AP Manager with:
Reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Opening and distributing the mail.
Audit and process credit card statements.
Reconcile vendor statements Match checks with invoices and obtain signatures.
Assist with other projects as needed.
Knowledge:
Must have knowledge of general accounting procedures.
Knowledge of accounting software, Quickbooks, Great Plains a plus Must have knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSkills:
Must be organized and accurate Must be able to type 60-65 wpm Must be able to take directionAbilities:
Must be able to multi-task Must be able to problem-solve Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
