Registered Nurse / RN / Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN

Centria Healthcare has developed a comprehensive program to care for individuals involved in the most
serious accidents with potentially long term complications related to those accidents.
o 12 hr shifts
o Competitive pay
o Vent and Trach training provided
o Part-time or Full-time work available
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Perform duties outlined in patients plan of care
o TBI
SCI rehabilitation
o Pediatrics
o Ventilator and Tracheotomy care
o Gastrostomy tube care
o Dispensing medications
o Observe client's physical, mental and emotional conditions.
o Report any changes
o Document observed changes
Qualifications:
o Current state license as an RN or LPN
o Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
o Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
o Current flu vaccine
o CPR certified
