THIS IS A NOTIONAL POSITION, CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

SCOPE:
Under limited supervision, the Psychologist assesses and evaluates individuals' problems through the use of case history, interview, and observation and provides individual or group counseling services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment for an onsite employer population at the request of a CHSi client. Writes, monitors, and coordinates behavior management plans with the clinical team. The healthcare providers (HCPs) will be used to backfill government medical staff that are deployed or unavailable at a clinic or other location as designated. Reports to the Program Manager.

Qualifications:
Health Care Provider shall hold a Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology from a program that was at the time of graduation accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program and must have completed an APA approved clinical psychology internship.
Must have and maintain an active, valid and an unrestricted license or authorizing document from any U.S. state, District of Columbia, U.S. territory or jurisdiction to provide health care within the scope of practice for a specific health care discipline.
Have been continuously employed in the practice of medicine or in training for the one year prior to the commencement of services under this contract. Must have clinical experience diagnosing and treating primary care conditions and knowledge of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and related conditions.
Must maintain Continuing Education credit sufficient to maintain both their clinical license and certification and to meet MTF specific Quality Assurance standards for credentialing as a Clinical Psychologist.

DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation and treatment with PTSD and related conditions.
Provide psychological services to a broad range of clients presenting many combinations of vocational, educational, physical, and emotional problems.
Perform specialized and individualized personality assessment using interview, formal psychological testing, and consultation as appropriate.
Select, administers, and interpret the results of psycho diagnostic evaluation procedures and prepare useful, timely, and well-written reports.
Makes recommendations on such critical matters as the feasibility of education, training, and rehabilitation efforts; appropriateness of hospitalization; or need for intensive therapeutic intervention.
Develop and implement detailed treatment plans for individuals and families using a wide variety of validated treatment modalities and techniques.
Plan and conduct individual and group therapy with children and/or adults to include family therapy.
Provide consultation services to other professionals at local/regional health care facilities.
The HCPs shall perform a variety of pre- and post- deployment screening activities to include but not limited to PDHA and PDHRA duties. The HCPs shall complete narrative summaries and participate in the MEB.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
