Registered Nurse (RN) CONTRACT or TtoP Hospice Home Care, F/T, M-F Day
In this full time contract or possible temp-to-hire position. The Nurse Case Manager will provide full-time, Monday-Friday accountability for excellence in nursing practice in Hospice Home Care. Covering the towns of Hopkinton,Upton, Milford, Hopedale, Northbridge.
Required are current State of Massachusetts RN license. Prior management experience is strongly desired as well as previous experience in Hospice. The desired candidate must demonstrate leadership, excellent communication, accountability, collaboration and be a team player. A knowledge of Medicare conditions or participation and JCAHO standards preferred. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Window-based programs.
