Required Skills and Experience
Experience managing business operations and supervising a team
Previous experience in the construction or rental equipment industry preferred
Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
Exhibit high levels of organization, professionalism and team leadership
Proven ability to maintain a thriving customer base
Solid computer skills
o MS Office
o AS400
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of branch operations including service & maintenance, inside sales, transportation & logistics and P/L
Lead and empower a team of rental professionals
Make quick and effective decisions
Deliver industry best service
Create team synergy
Continuously seek ways to improve the branch
Demonstrate and promote Sunstate's best practices

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
