MODIS currently looking for UNIX Systems Administrator for a great opportunity here in Rochester NY.
Our client is an industry leader and is looking to add an energetic individual to their team.
This individual should have a solid understanding of System Administration and volume management.
Responsibilities of the UNIX Systems Administrator:
Provides UNIX and Linux system support, including patching and volume management, break/fix maintenance, and performance troubleshooting.
Performs encapsulation / unencapsulation of Solaris root volumes using Veritas Performs Disk evacuation activities using various tools Qualification of the UNIX Systems Administrator:
Near expert knowledge of key IT servers.
