Summary:
Master Electrician is a position within operations. The incumbent is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing and testing equipment for the generation, distribution or utilization of solar panels. Incumbent reports to the Operations Manager and works in concert with the VP of Operations. .

Essential Functions:
Troubleshoots and repairs electrical systems and equipment l Plans and lays out work projects from wiring diagrams, schematics, sketches, blueprints and/or verbal instructions
Selects the correct materials to complete work assignments
Establishes test procedures relative to lead requirements of wiring or electrical equipment
Maintains electricians tools and equipment in good working order
Provides labor to replace damaged electrical switches and receptacles
Applies for yearly electrical permits to perform electrical maintenance work.
Troubleshoots tripped circuit breakers and fuses
Adheres to established electrical work order preventive maintenance schedules
Replaces lamps and ballast as required l Responds to power interruptions and corrects defect
Supervises, coordinates and performs preventive maintenance and/or repairs
Perform non-electrical related tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
Electrician's license: License holder must posess or have the ability to secure reciprocity with MA.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to distinguish colors, because cables and wires are usually color-coded.
Excellent physical condition, stamina, and willingness to work at heights. Ability to lift at least 60 pounds in order to handle heavy cable.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Skills)
High school diploma or a GED certificate.
Electrician s license
Required Class A (Master Electrician) License
Ability to read and interpret electrician drawings and schematics
Three to five years' experience performing electrical maintenance
Familiar with all areas of national and local electrical code
Good communication skills
Capable of analyzing and solving problems with various electrical controls and systems

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
