Nursery Service Manager
A progressive family owned swine business, one of the top three swine producers in the Midwest that has been a leader in food production for over 25 years, is seeking talented people to help deliver high quality, safe & wholesome pork product to consumers.
The position will focus on achieving stated goals and strategies to accomplish the vision and growth of the company.
They have operations in several Midwestern states all providing an outstanding and professional work setting.
These positions are located in various locations in the State of Iowa and Southern Minnesota.

Additional Responsibilities include:
-Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures on nursery sites-Provide coaching and direction to Pod Managers, IC's, and employees-Holding Pod Managers accountable for supervision of the care, maintenance, and management of all sites-Provide solutions, tools, feedback, information, and develop action plans in necessary areas-Monitor expenses and cost controlTo be considered for this role:
You must have an Assoc OR BS degree within an agriculture-based major or 1-3 years of swine production service management experience is required.
Experience in the Nursery department is preferred Qualified candidates must display a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with others.
Individuals must be able to manage time and priorities in a fast paced, changing environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
