Process Technician
THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Set up and maintain production of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes.
Enhancing the technical development of the processes in the Injection Molding department.
Preventative maintenance/Repair on machines, injection molding screw assemblies, molds, and chiller.
Collaborate with engineering to enhance and debug processes, tooling, and new products
Mold verification, sample process development, mold changes, and set-ups.
Drive process improvements, i.e. set-up time reduction, scrap reduction.
Process troubleshooting on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Process observation, development, and documentation
Must Have Requirements:
Experience with injection molding OR thin film coating OR vacuum systems
Experience with Robotic/Automation
Full time direct hire opportunity - 3rd shift - $23-26/hr (DOE)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
