Service Dispatcher
TWC Services, Inc., an industry leader in HVAC/R, is seeking a High Energy individual with experience Dispatching. Duties include, but not limited to, dispatching our local area technicians to our customers, maintaining weekly reports, and reviewing work orders. Working close with service managers on proposals and quotes.
Must be detail oriented, well organized, have good computer skills, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
? Answering customer calls
? Dispatching to technicians
? Preparing quotes
? Running daily reports
? Assisting service manager with other duties
?
REQUIREMENTS:
? MINIMUM 5 years experience in dispatching (HVAC/R trade a PLUS)
? Able to multi-task
? Have a strong attention to detail
? Be conscientious and a team player
? Comply with all company policies and procedures
? Perform any other tasks requested by management
? Must be able to pass an aptitude test
? Must be able to pass a background check
