Available Position: Business Development Specialist
Position Description: The Business Development Specialist for our must have business to business direct sales experience.
Will conduct webinar and full cycle sales nationally over the phone.
Must be able to demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a High
Performance Sales Culture, specifically managing a pipeline of both new growth and contract renewal opportunities and delivering results against the growth quota.
Will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other sales teams.
Make telephone-marketing calls and conduct webinars with key managers for firm partners for the purpose of developing new business and building on existing clients
Position Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, sales and customer service
3-year minimum experience in sales.
Ability to communicate very clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Proficient in Microsoft office and Webinar/Conference Call software.
Compensation and
Benefits: (Based on experience )
Base plus commission incentives.
Base salary and a very aggressive uncapped commission matrix.
Comprehensive, first-rate benefits, which include, medical, dental,vision, prescription, group term life insurance and 401(k) savings plan with employer match.
First year earnings- 68K -80K top reps earning over 110K
