Purpose and Description:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, business project manager, and business application owners to manage implementation production issues, user feedback, defects, work around, action item, risk, and enhancement request.
Enter production issues reported by end users in Remedy post go-live
Gather, document and analyze data from business end users and work groups to create business requirements/process flows for future enhancement request
Analyze training requirements for CaseTrack for compliance business users across all regions
Update and maintain communication plan
Provide operational user support during system implementation to coordinate issues reported by end users conduct root cause analysis and create Remedy ticket if needed for IT support.
Coordinate training delivery for all end users, including users access forms
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), create UAT test scripts and coordinate UAT sign off
Update training materials and assemble training packets
Schedule WebEx and conference room (UAT, training)
Update SharePoint site and user access (SharePoint administrator)
May be required to update Hotline operational procedures post system implementation
Required
Experience:
BA or BS required plus minimum 6
years of direct relevant experience.
Must have system implementation experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
