Inside Sales Rep with Office Support! Small Team Atmosphere

Upward House Buyers LLC is looking for a top notch inside sales team member with mad organization skills! You may have experience, or you may be extremely hungry (or both). Either way we are looking for the best. We are a solutions-based real estate investment company, and we buy houses fast, as is, mostly for cash and we are looking for more. No other company does business they way that we do it. As a member of our team you will be responding and following up on warm leads as well as prospecting for new business, mainly on the buyer side of things, dealing with other investors, prospective buyers, and our tenants.
We are fast paced and move very quickly, so what we are looking for is in-house support for assistance in closing our deals, getting the properties occupied quickly, and managing our systems so that everything runs smoothly. We need someone who can be the 'glue' while we're putting deals together.
We have a proven system for closing deals and we need somebody who can take their natural talents and their skills and implement our already successful system.
We are a small close knit team where everybody makes money together. We earn monthly bonuses off of our performance as a team unit.
What your day will look like as a super successful member of our team:
1. Come to work energized ready to attack leads and relentlessly follow up on old leads and deal flow tasks.
2. Report and communicate with our team on any appointments/or leads that need to be closed/or are closing.
3. Log into our online database and follow up on all new warm leads/follow up on all existing leads. Commitment to using our online tools is a must.
4. Build rapport with agents/buyers/homeowners and find out needs/desires (we will train you on the process).
5. Manage and communicate any closings to the entire team, including our title company.
6. Follow a system to advertise our properties, handle incoming calls, and coordinate showings and offers.
7. Be willing to learn and grow everyday
8. Be flexible and open to work some during evenings and Saturdays (from your home and just returning new phone calls, and you decide when and how often based on necessity)
If you are willing to seize the opportunity and help us close deals. . . we want to speak with you. This is 50% office coordination work, 50% phone sales. I like to think of it as a rockstar office manager with great people skills and a passion for real estate.
We will provide full training including how to speak with homeowners, buyers, and agents, value properties, prep properties, and close deals.

1. Ability to use internet applications systems and the internet with ease
2. Previous 2
years of inside sales work working on the telephone. (this role is about establishing relationships with the other professionals and prospective buyers)
3. Experience in the real estate industry, and licensed realtor is preferred but not necessary. (need to know the closing process to assist the title company with our deals)
4. Must pass a background check and drug test.
5. Must have organization skills or talents. If you are not an organized person, this role may not suit your personality.
Compensation will vary based on experience.
