Description:
This position is responsible for developing estimates using both detailed resource or commodity based, bottom up estimate or a factor based top down.
This position supports Project Managers and on projects and programs of varying size and complexity; SrPCS will be expected to lead / direct the set up and reviews of the project controls status (cost, contract, WBS, schedule, resource, etc.)
Develop and manage Project Estimate, review scope definition, preliminary plans, drawings, and specifications for the project(s).
Evaluate field conditions, installation, and infrastructure requirements and risks.
Accumulate, evaluate, and document historical cost data and construction procedures and methods in order to maintain current estimating standards and databases.
Determine resources needed for the project and work with the project coordinator to determine their availability.
Utilize established project processes and tools to develop Class 5 through Class 3 estimates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (business, finance, or project management) Bachelor Degree and 10years prior work related experience, or 5 years of professional experience.
PMI or AACE certification (the following or equivalent is acceptable: PMP, CAPM, PMISP, AACECCC, AACEPSP, AACECEP, AACEEVP).
Must have knowledge of estimating with experience in the Engineering and Construction industry (10 years strongly preferred).
Must have experience in developing comprehensive conceptual total cost estimates in the form of budgetary recommendations, conceptual and detailed cost models, feasibility studies, and performing value/risk assessments of competitively bid EPC firm price and cost plus estimates.
Working knowledge / proficiency in principle and application of estimating principles and work practices.
Strong written and oral communication skills in a team environment.
Strong understanding and knowledge base of unit pricing, wage rates, quantity take-offs, crew mixes, earned hours, rules of credits, direct and indirect cost elements, and engineering packages.
Understand change orders reviews, bid evaluations; assessments, industry standards such as RS Means, Richardson, installation means; and methods, etc.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
