Position
Summary:
The position of Team Leader communicates the Line Supervisor instructions to the appropriate personnel to maximize production. The line leader must provide leadership, flexibility, and organizational skills to encourage team work within the production department.
General Requirements:
Self-motivated, organized, effective time management skills.
Flexibility, creativity to try different techniques to maximize productivity and quality with the least amount of labor.
Knowledge of monorail & hoist system, proper loading techniques to insure the highest quality, and the most efficient productivity possible.
Safely and efficiently operate the hi-lo in the plant.
Must have valid driver's license.
General Duties and
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate the proper racking/quality inspection requirements to the line loaders (Regular and contract staff). Responsible to make sure all tooling is on-line properly, racks are fully loaded, checking for rejects (no-paints) and correcting any problems.
Enter process data into computer system, complete in-process sheets and forward to final auditing.
Work closely with Line Supervisor to improve systems in order to maximize production/ergonomics/quality requirements (safe, clean organized work area. Properly setup tooling, labor and parts, maintain lot control, coach/train loaders, etc)
Communicate special instructions to Lab Tech. (low/high volts, line gaps, etc.)
Process reworks/samples as required. Communicate sample information to necessary personnel (lab tech, unloading/final audit)
Report to Line Supervisor regarding P.P.E. (gloves, safety glasses, arm bands, etc) and emergency situations. (injuries, accidents, power failures, systems shutdowns etc.)
Backup to Hi-lo driver, Final Auditor and Lab Tech.
Participate in loading and unloading of parts.
Any other related duties.
Additional requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read blueprints with knowledge of welding symbols
Basic math skills with ability to read tape measure
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly as well as climb stairs/ladders
Good vision, hearing, smell, and balance
Performing any combination of duties to assist workers in welding, brazing, and cutting activities
1st shift (overtime required)
Wage rate starts at $14.00
2nd shift (overtime required)
Wage rate starts at $14.40

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
