Retail Jewelry Store Manager

Retail Jewelry Stores are seeking full-time Store Managers to manage the team in our El Centro Store. The ideal candidate is an effective leader of people, great team player, enthusiastic, energetic, organized, and results oriented in a retail sales environment. Prior experience with credit and collections and bi-lingual English Spanish are preferred.
Purpose:
To lead store operations and associates to meet established sales and collections goals with direction from the District Manager. To maintain high standards and the image of Don Roberto Jewelers while conducting the store according to the company policy, procedures and guidelines.

Essential Job Functions:
Ability to endure long periods of standing and occasional walking; lift and carry 40 pounds occasionally.
Use of ordinary conversation speech and hearing; field vision, color vision and acuity (far and near).
Ability operate general office equipment and to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms and apply cognitive and leadership skills;
Prioritize multiple projects successfully; and to work in a fast paced environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Retail sales management experience, preferably in jewelry
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Must be able to work weekends.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
