Responsibilities
The Business & Process Improvement Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Project Team by handling user inquiries during the implementation phase, and performing scheduled as well as ad-hoc tasks. Business & Process Improvement Analyst will need to comprehend newly designed processes and guide users in its usage as well has help solve user issues.
This roles objective is to support the transition and implementation of the CWOS tool for 70,000 CWs and their sponsors and suppliers.
Answering user queries, help project team in improving and documenting business processes and follow up with suppliers and users where needed.
Qualifications
Experience in tool Migration, first level trouble shooting, educating and supporting end users thru change management.
This is not a technical role. Strong tolerance of ambiguity.
Strong business acumen/analytics.
Strong customer service skills (both oral and written)
Strong attention to detail Strong organizational/planning skills.
Strong communication/listening skills.
Self-learner and ability to stay busy.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
Advanced knowledge of the English language (both oral and written)
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar field required.
