Diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairs
Assure all service requests are completed efficiently
Assist with the tenant improvements, as required. Schedule make-ready employees and/or vendors as necessary

General Maintenance experience

Ability to work independently
Must have own basic tools and be available for on-call maintenance schedule
