Junior Controller / CFO Assistant
Process month-end journal entries, general ledger review and bank account reconciliations
Control the Accounts Receivable daily, ensuring they are collected promptly and post them in Quick Books
Control Accounts Payable ensuring they are paid in a timely manner
Point of contact for customers regarding invoicing/ payment inquires
Point of contact for suppliers regarding invoices and payments
Work together project managers / project teams to handle financial aspects of the projects
Handle vendor set up, invoice processing and collections
Assist in preparation of regulatory reports in compliance with regulations of States Secretary of Agriculture
Maintain the chart of accounts
Provide financial analyses and pricing projects as needed
Control available inventory and inform sales team
Work with external auditors/ accountant at the end of fiscal year as well preparing reports to bank;
Analyze costs / mark-ups of each customer
Prepare monthly sales commission - reps groups
Job Requirements:
Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Excellent computer knowledge with proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
Detail oriented
Excellent communication
Team Player
High sense of urgency
Organized
Quick learner
Appropriate experience required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
