Vocational/educational training school serving young adults ages 16-24 years seeking a full time Community Living Manager to supervise the Leisure Time Services Supervisor, and Residential Advisors. Responsible for supervision of community living, including maintaining safe, positive living environment and management and maintenance of dormitory, social skills and dorm culture. Provide staff training and evaluations. Develop and monitor budget. Develop and implement policies, procedures and programs. Perform other duties as assigned. Complete benefits package available.
Must have bachelors degree in counseling, social work, rehabilitation, or related field. Three years related experience and/or training required, one of which should be in a supervisory capacity or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid state drivers license with acceptable driving record. Qualified applicants must .
