Financial Analyst
This is a new position with a growing manufacturing company.
The position will work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing, Plant Controller, and Global VP of Product Engineering.
The major job duties include:
Assist in the financial planning and strategic planning processes through review and analysis, identifying risks and opportunities and preparation of schedules for presentation to management and the Board of Directors.
Support corporate initiatives by analyzing month-end results and developing monthly financial analysis, forecasts and reporting for management review.
Serve as a business partner to local Plant management, sales and/or engineering.
Liaison between Finance, Sales and Operations.
Provide financial analytics pertaining to operational expenses, Customer revenue and sales, Customer profitability, Inventory & Supply Chain management and Cost of Goods Sold.
Integrate performance metrics into the organization on an on-going basis and through the implementation of scorecards.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree - MBA PreferredCPA Preferred5
years progressive financial work experience5
years experience with Sr.
level financial planning, analysis, or accounting5
years experience with business enterprise systems .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
