Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an Energetic Customer Service Representative for our high end beauty company to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work independently and also be an active part of our close knit team.

Responsibilities:
o Attention to detail and ability to carry an assignment to completion
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Maintains customer records by updating account information
o Assists current and potential customers by answering product and service questions
o Assist with heavy email correspondence with the ability to answer questions efficiently
o Must type 55
WPM
o Maintains knowledge by viewing educational videos to obtain brand knowledge
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing end of shift goals
o Participate in trade shows and marketing events as necessary
o Knowledge of the beauty industry is preferable
o Retail and or Client Service experience preferable

o Be an outstanding communicator -- verbal and written
o Be a team player --always be supportive and positive
Various Work Hours:
Monday-Friday
Must have flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday!
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
