Location: Canonsburg - Southpointe area
Hours: Full-time only with benefits in 90 days
Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, Property Preservation, this position is responsible for obtaining property valuation products through the daily management of a region and its corresponding vendor partners.
Job
Responsibilities:
o Assign and follow-up on active property preservation orders.
o Ensure that product is received in a timely manor
o Build excellent relationships with customers and vendor partners, and address quality concerns when needed.
o Remain in contact with customers to ensure timely communication of any product issues.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
o Superior communication skills
o Commitment to customer satisfaction
o Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
o Persistence in vendor recruiting and product follow-up
o Ability to handle multiple tasks within critical time frames
o Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency
o Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
