The Region Contractor Manager is responsible for aligning and influencing a variety positions and teams including retail partners, legal, business integration team, channel operations team, network analysis to ensure all contractual relationship data is reflected correctly in internal systems for proper invoicing and revenue generation. Represents in all subcontractor contract negotiations ensuring the establishment of relationships that will best serve the company customer and which will support company vision, mission and values. Candidate will audits installer performance during unit visits to include observations of load out, ride behinds, in home, check in and invoice validation and supports store, MDO on contractor performance. The responsible person has identifies and qualifies potential new carriers & business opportunities, prepares and presents information in regional meetings. Must be supports network analysis and service live recruitment and selection of subcontractors and ensures all vendor certification and compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
3 to 5 years experience in installation services. Candidate must has ability to lead others to deliver business results, to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment and work with minimal supervision, strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop and execute plans in support of corporate strategy. Excellent negotiation skills, financial acumen, and comprehension of legal documents.
