P&L responsibility and accountability.
Inventory control (food & product cost).
Requirements Experience in sales volumes close of $5 million per year.
Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality time and demonstrates fiscal responsibility.

Strong Financial results.
5 years leadership in preferably Chef driven concepts or high end full-service chain/ corporate experien ce.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
