New Business Grad for Management Trainee
The Management Trainee will follow the daily operations of an assigned Findlay Plant department, working alongside Department Managers and Shift Supervisors. They will review the production schedule, tour the departments and get an understanding of the production plans for the day. Responsibilities include: reviewing daily budgets, labor, scrap, overtime, etc. as well as reports for trends & patterns to reduce costs, scrap, improve product quality and improve department efficiency. This position is also responsible for reviewing plant problems and coordinating efforts to minimize overall production problems.
This is an entry level position and the work schedule depends on the assignment(s) you are given. This position is an excellent starting point for your career at Cooper Tire!

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related degree
Leadership experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
