Network Management Operations Manager


POSITION OVERVIEW
This position directs and manages a variety of physician and ancillary vendor related activities from project design through implementation. The Network Operations Manager will identify resources and stakeholders and may lead a cross-functional team for a success outcome of each activity. This position reports to and collaborates closely with management.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop tools and processes to critically evaluate and improve network effectiveness, including evaluation, proposals for improvement, resource requirements and organizational impact.
Management of provider, contracting and credentialing database implementation. Develop documentation for system use and access.
Improve company-wide understanding and use of network resources
In house resource for problem resolution and intervention
Responsibility for company initiatives and project oversight as assigned.
Develop and maintain department and provider policy and procedures
Assist internal departments with implementation of physician centered activities in order to meet company goals and objectives
Track, follow up and report on network accountabilities
Maintain positive relationship, become the recognized resource for problem resolution and information.
Manages day to day operational aspects of activities related to assigned activities; identification of potential barriers for successful implementation.
Manage multiple concurrent projects
Level of Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred
Level of Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
3
years of project management experience preferred with 2
years in a managed care environment, or equivalent experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong Microsoft skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote
Strong quantitative, organizational, and administrative skills
Ability to work effectively with physicians, senior management and all stakeholders
Ability to collaborate and influence
Strong people and project management skills
Ability to produce meaningful analytical management reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
