Digital Channel and Delivery Manager will manage key digital communication channel(s) and the delivery process to existing customers for retail bank. The role will include the following
Responsibilities:
o Scheduling and managing the prioritization of email and ATM campaign deployments, driving key deliverables for each channel:
o developing and managing email/ATM channel deployment calendars; end to end key dates; channel results delivery
o managing email opt-out data and validation process
o managing ATM campaign package requirements
o Tracking and managing the daily/weekly/monthly delivery of all email/ATM campaigns including management of the following:
o Overseeing Agency hand-off from creative development, to production to deployment
o Email/ATM quality control and deployment process
o Agency/vendor deployment processes
o Agency/vendor billing and invoicing
o Status meetings and reports
o Internal controls and compliance requirements
o Executing adhoc program set-up and urgent notifications to existing customers on the email/ATM channel
o Executing email and ATM campaigns
o The role will need to work across Omni Channel Marketing team; Organizing internal teams and partners to meet delivery requirements
o The role will manage agencies/vendors deployment teams on a daily basis
Qualifications
o Experience setting up and executing all types of email campaigns and programs
o Experience leading and managing vendor teams, processes and timelines
o Experience executing across a variety of direct marketing and digital channels, a plus
o Knowledge of customer data processes
o Knowledge of modern email capabilities and trends
o Able to build partnerships and work cross-functionally
o Able to drive efficiency and manage multiple process flowsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
