Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for:
o Phone screening candidates to determine their qualifications, and interests for all levels of Information Technology professionals for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions;
o Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods such as: database mining, social networking, referrals and internet job/resume boards;
o Working with the Applicant Tracking System and having the responsibility of using it accurately and consistently;
o Scheduling and assisting in the facilitation of the interview process and checking references as needed;
o Actively participating in all staffing related activities and engaging in cross-functional projects;
o Developing and maintaining the career opportunities section on the Company's website as well as any other industry or career websites, as needed;
o Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
o Bachelor degree in relevant discipline preferred;
o Associate Degree required;
o Strong MS Office systems knowledge required;
o Strong communication both written and oral skills required;
o Willingness to become proficiency using key sourcing and search tools
o Willingness to learn internet data mining, professional networking, passive candidate cold calling and innovative sourcing techniques
o Willingness to learn the use of an applicant tracking systems;
o A strong demonstrated business acumen with the ability to understand and interpret complex business needs and business structureEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
